Transcript Requests

Parents are reponsible for contacting the school of choice and having the high school send a transcript request via email or fax to the School Office. The first transcript is complimentary. Additional transcripts are $30.00/transcript.

High School Placement Test Scores

If your child is attending a diocesan Catholic high school, HS Placement Test Scores are sent automatically to your child’s top choice listed on their form. Please communicate with your child before this form is submitted, which high school your family would like listed.

Shadowing at your new high school?

Crusaders are encouraged to shadow at the high school of their choosing. Please email our Nurse, School Office, and your child’s teacher to communicate your child will be absent due to a shadow day.
