eLearning & COVID-19 Updates
On March 23, Gov. Ralph Northam announced that all Virginia schools remain closed for the duration of this school year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to comply and keep our community safe, Our Lady of Hope Catholic School will remain closed for the remainder of the academic school year. While we are on our extended closure, OLOH will continue to use Mrs. Pittman’s Friday eNewsletter and email updates as communication tools. In the event of an immediate need to share information, we will use School Messenger. To read the letter that was emailed to school families on April 3, 2020 from Superintendent, Dr. Vorbach, please click here.

Our Students are now eLearning! Please check your email often for updates from teachers. Students are trained on Google classroom and have the skills to be successful elearners. The teachers and staff need the support and cooperation of all families to make this a successful experience. We have a wonderful Crusader community and we can get through this difficult time together. Our staff is working remotely and are available to answer questions from our parents and students.
Bishop Burbidge sent a special message to the Diocese of Arlington’s families and teachers:
We might not be in our school building but learning continues for Our Lady of Hope Crusaders! Have something to share? Send us pictures of your child and their projects! We are so proud of our eLearners!
Keep up the great work!
